🌍 About the role

As a Guest Relations Officer, your main focus is the guest experience.

You are there to support, guide and connect with guests throughout their stay and make sure they feel welcome, informed and well taken care of.

This role is ideal for people who enjoy communication, responsibility and working closely with guests in an international resort environment.

💬 What you’ll do

  • Be the main contact person for guests during their stay
  • Welcome guests and support them with questions, requests and feedback
  • Help resolve issues in a friendly and professional way
  • Communicate closely with reception, entertainment and hotel management
  • Support guest satisfaction and overall holiday experience

You’ll build real connections with guests and play an important role in how they remember their stay.

  • Seasonal position
  • Full-time role (5–6 working days per week)
  • Living and working on-site
  • EU passport required

  • German and/or French skills are a big advantage
