This position will be responsible for leading a team of Heavy Equipment Maintenance Technicians (Mechanics).&nbsp;</p> <p style="line-height: 1;"><strong>Schedule: </strong>Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Frequent extended hours and may be on call during the weekend)</p> <h3 style="line-height: 1;"><strong>Primary Responsibilities</strong></h3> <p>As a Service Manager, you’ll use our tech to create, assign, and monitor work orders, track machine service intervals, order parts, and diagnose issues faster by pulling data from hundreds of makes and models. Ideally three years of maintenance and service experience.</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills.</p> </li> <li> <p>Adaptable to the fast pace of a growing company and be able to quickly educate themselves about and stay up-to-date on the latest EquipmentShare products and services.</p> </li> <li> <p>Competitive, but thrive in a team oriented environment. Preference will be given to applicants with experience and/or a background in the construction industry.&nbsp;</p> </li> <li> <p>Superior customer service, teamwork and verbal/written communication skills</p> </li> </ul> <h3><strong>Education and Experience:</strong></h3> <ul> <li> <p>High School diploma, Trade school certificate preferred&nbsp;</p> </li> <li> <p>Experience in field service, maintenance and repair preferred</p> </li> <li>Experience leading maintenance teams</li> <li> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
