As the Director, you will have P&L responsibility for this area of the company.

Essential Functions

You will also stay current on new welding and fabrication technologies, materials, codes, and industry best practices through professional journals, technical publications, and industry networks.

Supervisory Duties

This position leads supervisors, skilled trades, welders, fabricators, and assembly teams using servant leadership principles. You are responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of welding, fabrication processes, and assembly methods, and you will work closely with other site leaders to ensure alignment with plant startup, production, and long-term operational goals.
