We are looking for a Shift Supervisor who plays a critical role in delivering a consistent, high-quality guest experience while supporting daily front of house and bar operations. This position serves as the on-duty floor leader during assigned shifts, with primary responsibility for service execution, guest satisfaction, team leadership, and bar operations. The ideal candidate is a strong hospitality professional with leadership presence, operational awareness, and a solid foundation in beverage service.

Requirements
What You’ll Do:
- Monitor the dining room to ensure guest needs are met and staff remain attentive
- Uphold hospitality, service, and brand standards at all times
- Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally
- Create, manage, and maintain staff schedules in alignment with business needs and labor targets
- Assist with onboarding and training of new team members
- Provide real-time coaching on service etiquette, menu knowledge, and beverage offerings
- Support execution of the beverage program
- Enforce uniform and grooming standards
- Support opening and closing duties
- Partner with management on service and beverage program execution
