The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving the company’s growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and developing strategies to increase revenue and market presence.
Key Responsibilities- Research and analyze market trends to identify potential business opportunities.
- Develop strategic relationships with prospective clients and industry partners.
- Design and implement business development strategies that align with company objectives.
- Negotiate and close business deals to achieve revenue targets.
- Create and deliver impactful presentations to potential clients.
- Collaborate with marketing and project management teams to ensure alignment on service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Monitor industry trends and competition to keep Tajalla ahead in the market.
- Prepare reports on business development metrics and present findings to management.
- Saudi nationality.
- Male.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of achieving growth targets and developing new business opportunities.
