Production Manager

Sealy Mattress Middle East is looking for a detail-oriented and skilled Production Manager to lead our manufacturing operation. In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency. You will manage the production team, coordinate schedules, and work closely with other departments to optimize production flow. • Manage and supervise the entire production process to ensure timely and high-quality output.
• Develop production schedules and workflow to maximize efficiency.
• Train, motivate, and lead the production team to enhance productivity.
• Implement quality control measures to maintain standards of excellence.
• Identify and resolve any production issues that may arise.
• Collaborate with supply chain and logistics to ensure materials are available for production.

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a production management role, preferably within the mattress or furniture industry.
• Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control standards.
• Proficient in production planning software and inventory management systems.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Male.
• 30 to 40 years of age.
• Lebanese or Syrian national.
