<p>For an international Food Ingredients Distributor, acting in Europe, Africa and West Asia in 40 countries we are looking for a</p>
<p><strong>Technical Sales Manager Food Ingredients Poland</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>You will sell valued added Food Ingredients to the Food and Beverage Industry</li>
<li>You will be responsible for the business development of a selection of food ingredients in different branches of the food industry with focus on <strong>proteins, hydrocolloids, functional ingredients direction.</strong></li>
<li><strong>home office based</strong></li>
<li>this is a B2B Job and not for candidates from Hotels, Restaurants etc.</li>
</ul>
<h2 id="tasks">Tasks</h2>
<p>Responsibilities of Sales Manager:</p>
<ul>
<li>develop sales strategy for dedicated ingredients (business development)</li>
<li>analyze market and product range of suppliers to find new potentials</li>
<li>visit customers in Poland, analyze their needs</li>
<li>developing tailor-made recipes for customers where required</li>
<li>attend production trials at customers / make small-scale trials in our application kitchen</li>
<li>creating price offers / follow-up of projects & payments from customers</li>
<li>reporting to suppliers / alignment of strategy with suppliers in accordance with our Category Managers</li>
<li>keep good relations with suppliers </li>
<li>checking of legal requirements (registrations, labelling, importing, …)</li>
</ul>
<h2 id="requirements">Requirements</h2>
<ul>
<li>Ability to solve technological problems and passion for food product development</li>
<li>exceptionally good communication, negotiation and analytical skills,</li>
<li><strong>food technological or food chemistry education (must have!)</strong></li>
<li>minimum 3-5 years experience with food ingredients (sales/production/R&D)</li>
<li>communication and analytical skills, highly organized, reliable</li>
<li>good negotiation skills</li>
<li>fluent in written and spoken Polish and English</li>
<li>wide knowledge about polish food market and food processors</li>
<li>open minded and positive thinking</li>
<li>driving license and ability to travel within the country</li>
<li>very organized, reliable, positive thinking</li>
</ul>
