Position Overview:

We are looking for a Senior QA Automation Engineer to join our Viewer team and help ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of our web applications. In this role, you will design and maintain automation frameworks, develop end-to-end tests, and proactively identify issues before they impact our users. You will also be responsible for production releases and managing production bugs, ensuring smooth deployments and quick resolution of critical issues. This position requires strong technical expertise, self-management, and excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and maintain robust test automation frameworks using JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Develop and execute automated tests leveraging tools such as Playwright, Selenium, or Cypress.
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and designers to embed quality throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Debug complex issues using browser DevTools, network logs, and other diagnostic tools.
  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines in partnership with DevOps and engineering teams.
  • Drive quality initiatives by identifying gaps and proposing improvements in testing processes.



Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in QA Automation with a strong focus on web technologies.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Hands-on experience with Playwright, Selenium, or Cypress.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – a true team player.
  • Experience with AWS and cloud-based infrastructure.-An advantage
  • Familiarity with Datadog or other observability tools.-An advantage
  • Knowledge of performance and load testing tools.-An advantage
