<p>As we continue to scale, we are looking for an <strong>Executive Assistant Coordinator</strong> to support our leadership team by ensuring smooth execution of administrative, coordination, and operational activities, while progressively building expertise in executive operations.</p>
<p><strong>Role Overview</strong></p>
<p>The Executive Assistant Coordinator plays a key supporting role within the leadership ecosystem. This position is well suited for a professional who is eager to develop strong organizational, coordination, and executive support capabilities through hands-on involvement in day-to-day operations.</p>
<p>Working closely with leadership and internal teams, the role focuses on structuring information, tracking priorities, and ensuring consistent follow-up. Over time, the Executive Assistant Coordinator will gain increased exposure to operational processes, cross-team coordination, and business rhythm in a global, remote environment.</p>
<p>This role is execution-focused and support-oriented, with responsibility growing alongside demonstrated autonomy and reliability.</p>
<h2 id="tasks">Tasks</h2>
<p><strong>1. Administrative & Executive Support</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Manage and coordinate leadership calendars</li>
<li>Schedule internal and external meetings</li>
<li>Prepare reports, documentation, agendas, and briefing notes</li>
<li>Track action items and ensure follow-up</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>2. Coordination & Follow-Up</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Coordinate cross-team communication and updates</li>
<li>Monitor deadlines, priorities, and ongoing activities</li>
<li>Support timely execution of agreed actions</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>3. Documentation & Organization</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Maintain structured filing systems and shared folders</li>
<li>Ensure consistency and accuracy of internal documentation</li>
<li>Support optimization of documentation and task management workflows</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>4. Financial & Operational Support</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Assist with budget tracking and expense follow-up</li>
<li>Support onboarding and internal operational processes</li>
<li>Participate in internal projects aimed at improving efficiency</li>
</ul>
<h2 id="requirements">Requirements</h2>
<p><strong>Education & Background</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field</li>
<li>Studies must be completed</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Experience & Mindset</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Initial experience in administrative, coordination, or support roles is an asset</li>
<li>Comfortable developing skills through hands-on execution and guidance</li>
<li>Strong willingness to learn, adapt, and progressively take ownership</li>
</ul>
