The Sanoma Media Trainee Programme is an eight-month programme that combines development work as part of an expert team, joint learning sessions, a personal learning plan, and a community of fellow trainees, committed leadership, and professionals from different fields.
- Supporting media sales and marketing in the design, development, and productionization of AI use cases together with developers and other experts
- Participating in improving B2B AI development practices and evaluating technology choices

- Students in the final stages of their studies or recent graduates in a relevant field
- Interest in B2B sales and marketing, or background in the area
- Understanding of how AI can be applied in business contexts
- Educational background in IT, either from a programming, theoretical, or business perspective
- Previous AI experience from work, studies, or personal projects is considered an advantage
- Good communication skills in both English and Finnish
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- Motivation and ability to quickly learn new technologies
