Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized professional to join our team as a Payroll and Timekeeping Support Specialist. In this role, you will support payroll processing and timekeeping operations to ensure accurate and timely employee compensation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Onboarding and Credentialing, Talent Management, and Project Management.
✔ Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred
- At least 1 year of experience in payroll, timekeeping, or financial data management
- Familiarity with MS Outlook, Bullhorn, Fieldglass, or similar workforce/ticketing systems is a plus
- Strong stakeholder management, collaboration, and written/verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and effective in problem-solving
- Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Willing to work onsite in Makati three (3) days per week
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
- Process work order acceptances for onboarded employees, including data entry (Rate, Sales Tax, etc.)
- Support payroll and timekeeping administration for assigned clients
- Collaborate with the Project Management Office (PMO) to address and resolve employee issues and concerns efficiently
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly financial and payroll-related reports for assigned clients
- Respond to employee inquiries received through ticketing systems and email; manage shared Outlook mailboxes
- Use various client systems and tools to support onboarding and screening while maintaining accurate employee data, including background information, pay, bonuses, and other compensation details.
- Manage multiple client accounts and track assigned talent headcount accurately
- Deliver excellent employee and client support to ensure a positive stakeholder experience
- Stay up to date with payroll regulations, state tax requirements, and industry best practices
