Job Description
Our Associate, Talent Acquisition sits within foodpanda's Global People function, and they are responsible for attracting and recruiting the best pandas into across our entities, as well as delivering magical experiences to candidates and hiring teams. Key Responsibilities
Execute recruitment strategies to attract/hire the best talent, and fuel the growth of our business.
Work closely with senior leadership and People Partners on hiring plans, and proactively build/maintain talent pools.
Partner with hiring managers and functional heads, providing high quality, usable insights to understand job requirements, create job descriptions, and define candidate profiles to address their talent needs.
Full-cycle recruitment for specific functional areas and across all job levels.
Hands-on execution of the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, selection, interviews, candidate management, and offer management.
Continuously improve our employer brand and awareness of foodpanda across the market.
Maintain good relationships with global/internal stakeholders and external vendors.
Proactively develop contacts and networks, stay updated with market intelligence, industry practices, and other relevant opportunities.
Contribute to projects, programs, and initiatives towards improving the broader Talent Acquisition and People functions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2-4 years of experience within Talent Acquisition or a similar position.
- Proficiency in using various recruitment tools and platforms (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in high-volume recruitment.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a results-oriented mindset.
