About the Role

We are looking for a Science and Mathematics Teacher for an International School in Yiwu. This position is available from the upcoming 2026-27 academic year in August 2026.

Job responsibilities

Teach the subject of science and/or mathematics to primary and middle school students and ensuring an engaging and enriching learning experience
Preparing lessons and lectures, tutoring techniques, designing and correcting assessments, and writing report comments
Collaboratively teach alongside fellow educators, actively contributing to the development and enhancement of the school's curriculum
Assess and monitor students’ progress and provide targets so that all learners can succeed and improve
Provide clear and constructive feedback to students and their parents and caregivers
Develop supportive and safe learning environments

Bachelor degree or above in the related subject
Teaching certificate, such as BC, PGCE/iPGCE & QTS, SACE
Two or more years teaching experience in the subject in higher education
Excellent communications skills
Good understanding of teaching in American or Canada context

Annual salary up to 76,500 Canadian dollars per year commensurate with experience and qualifications
