About the Role

About the role

The Head of Local Brand & Marketing – Thailand – is a senior leadership role responsible for owning moomoo’s local market positioning, brand execution, and integrated marketing strategy in Thailand.

Reporting to the Marketing Director – Thailand, this role serves as the key bridge between HQ strategy and local market execution, translating global and regional initiatives into locally effective campaigns that resonate with Thai investors.

This position works closely with the Growth, Sales and Performance teams, while maintaining clear ownership over brand, offline, and market-level strategy, and plays a critical role as the Marketing Director’s trusted partner in scaling moomoo’s presence in Thailand.

Requirements

  • Develop moomoo’s brand positioning and marketing strategy in Thailand, ensuring relevance to local investor behaviour, culture, and regulatory environment
  • Act as the internal subject-matter expert on the Thai market, providing strategic recommendations to regional and local leadership based on understanding of Thailand’s securities and brokerage industry, including competitors, market dynamics, and investor segments.
  • Lead the planning and execution of large-scale, integrated local marketing campaigns, including branding, major promotions, and market-wide initiatives. Own and drive offline and OOH strategies, with strong understanding of local media channels, partnerships, and on-the-ground market execution
  • Build, lead, and develop a local marketing team (3-5 members), fostering strong ownership, execution excellence, and collaboration
  • Act as a key liaison between Thailand and regional/ HQ teams, ensuring smooth communication, alignment, and efficient execution
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders including Compliance, Growth, Business Development, Operations, and Product teams
  • Identify and develop local partnerships, sponsorships, and market opportunities that enhance brand credibility and visibility
  • Ensure all marketing activities comply with local regulatory and compliance requirements

Qualifications

  • 8-10 years of marketing experience, preferably in financial services, fintech, brokerage, or a highly regulated industry
  • Strong understanding of, or proven experience within, Thailand’s securities or investment market
  • Demonstrated experience leading large-scale marketing campaigns, including offline and OOH executions
  • Proven people management experience, with 3-5 years of team leadership
  • Ability to operate effectively at both strategic and executional levels in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to bridge local and regional teams
  • Fluent in Thai and English (spoken and written). Chinese is a plus
  • High ownership mindset, resilience, and adaptability in scaling organisation
