Stanbridge University is seeking a dynamic individual with strong communication and organizational skills to join our Logistics Department as a Janitorial Associate. This position offers an excellent opportunity to be part of a growing and vibrant university community.
Essential Functions:- Perform general cleaning and dusting in all areas of the building.
- Maintain all tile floors using stripping, waxing, and buffing processes.
- Maintain and refill soap dispensers and towel dispensers in restrooms, as required.
- Remove trash from offices and classrooms throughout campus on a routine basis.
- Clean all bathrooms, as required.
- Clean student lounges daily.
- Vacuum, dust, and maintain a neat appearance in all offices, classrooms, and common areas throughout campus.
- Work Schedule: Wednesday–Sunday, 10:00 p.m. – 6:30 a.m.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of one (1) year of janitorial work experience.
- Valid state driver’s license required.
- Ability to meet physical requirements, including standing, twisting, walking, grasping, pushing, pulling, and lifting and/or carrying up to 50 pounds.
- Compensation: $18.00–$20.00 per hour, based on education and experience.
- A job-related assessment may be required during the interview process.
- Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily and be physically present in the workplace (unless otherwise noted).

- Official transcripts are required prior to hire. Degrees earned outside the United States must be evaluated by a recognized credential evaluation service to determine U.S. degree equivalency and applicable coursework.
