We are looking for an experienced Global Recruiter to join our recruitment team and lead end-to-end hiring processes across multiple disciplines, brands, and markets. This role involves close collaboration with internal stakeholders, a deep understanding of hiring needs in a multicultural environment and delivering an excellent candidate experience from sourcing through onboarding.
Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for online teaching, Sales and corporate roles across various locations and languages
- Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and recruitment strategies
- Source candidates through multiple channels, including social networks, job boards, databases, and referrals
- Screen CVs and conduct online interviews
- Handle onboarding processes, including contracts, documentation, and system updates
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and work with internal recruitment systems
Requirements
Requirements:
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Global Recruiter – a must
- High proficiency and fluency in English (spoken & written)- a must
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic remote environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High adaptability and result-oriented mindset
- High level of organization, ownership, and attention to details
- Strong orientation to systems, data, Excel, and analytics
- A suitable home office setup, including a quiet workspace, high-speed internet and webcam
