We are currently seeking a qualified Maintenance Assistant to join our team at Peak Resources Outer Banks!

Role Responsibilities

Maintains the grounds, facility, equipment in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with current applicable Federal, State, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations, our policies and procedures, and as may be directed by your supervisor, to assure that a successful maintenance program is maintained at all times.

Requirements

Required Skills, Education, Licensure, and/or Certifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Computer skills
  • Must not pose a direct threat to the health or safety of other individuals in the workplace

Preferred Experience

  • At least one to two (1-2) years physical plant and equipment experience
  • Understanding of Life Safety Code in the long-term care setting
