About the Position:
The Sanitation EPSU Technician works with the Quality and Production departments within Innovative Labs to ensure compliance and standards are being met. This role validates that proper inspection and cleaning take place and provides insights for improvement.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform Sanitation procedures and processes
- Assist in creating a Master Cleaning Schedule and ensure that it corresponds with SOP’s
- Perform sanitation audits of work being done by peers
- Note areas of concern and initiate corrective actions
- Work with other departments to ensure that sanitation procedures are meeting standards
- Complete training related to Sanitation
- Inspect and re-inspect cleaning and sanitation report logs
- Report corrective actions to Sanitation Supervisor and Manager
- Provide process improvements to cross-departmental areas.
- Meet with all areas to ensure cleaning and sanitation is taking place.
- Provide weekly reports to management
- As an EPSU technician you will also do housekeeping duties.
- Assist production removing garbage and waste.
- Inventory on chemicals and supplies necessary for the building's operation
- Other duties as assigned

- Ability to understand and interpret product quality, specifications, and regulatory documents
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally orally, in writing and in person
- Provide training in all areas regarding cleaning and sanitation
- Pass skills assessment exam with 70% or higher on both reading and math comprehension.
- Lifting requirement- minimum 50 lbs.
- High School Diploma or GED
- 0-5 years related experience/ education
