What You’ll Do
As a CNA on our team, you’ll play a vital role in delivering person-centered care. Your day may include:
- Responding to resident needs with patience and empathy
- Assisting with dressing, grooming, bathing, oral care, and incontinence support
- Helping residents enjoy meals and stay nourished
- Supporting mobility — from range-of-motion exercises to safe transfers and ambulation
- Ensuring comfort through proper turning and positioning
- Taking and recording vital signs and intake/output
- Documenting daily care and restorative services
- Participating in care planning and interdisciplinary discussions
- Showing up reliably for your scheduled shifts — your presence matters

Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Licenses/Certification
Valid certification as a CNA in the state of employment.
Valid CPR certificate preferred.
Experience
Six months experience in a long term-care environment preferred.
