職務概要
ソリューションエンジニアは、営業・カスタマーサクセス・コンサルティングと連携し、Domoプラットフォームの価値を技術的観点から提案・支援する役割です。顧客の課題を理解し、デモ、PoC、技術的ディスカッションを通じて最適な活用方法を提示します。
職務内容
- 顧客の業務課題・要件の把握と、Domoを活用した解決策の提案
- デモンストレーションやPoC（概念実証）の計画・実行
- 営業チームと協力した提案活動、技術的な差別化ポイントの提示
- RFI/RFPや技術的質問への対応
- Domoのアーキテクチャ、セキュリティ、ロードマップの説明
- パートナー向けの技術支援および製品トレーニングの提供
- プレゼンテーション資料・デモ環境の企画・改善
応募資格
- エンタープライズIT / ソフトウェア領域でのプリセールス、セールスエンジニア、または関連職種の経験
- データ基盤・ETL・データ変換などの基礎理解
- SQLを用いた実務経験
- デモ、PoC、技術提案など顧客折衝を伴う活動経験
- 営業、CS、コンサルティングなどクロスファンクションチームとの協働経験
