About The Company
Brainstim Centers conducts Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), a non-invasive brain stimulation. Studies support the efficacy of treating multitudinous health problems with TMS, and the most robust area of treatment historically has been depression. Other conditions, such as traumatic brain injury (TBI), post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), anxiety, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), postpartum depression (PPD), tinnitus, and memory issues, are actively researched and have been treated with TMS. Traditionally, TMS is conducted without the use of neuro-navigation, and this has proven a key challenge in terms of consistency of results, as no two brains are exactly alike, and hand calculations simply can’t be perfectly accurate. Brainstim Centers conducts TMS with sophisticated research grade neuro-navigation, along with cognitive testing and evaluation of quantitative electroencephalogram (qEEG) that allows us to noninvasively target and treat the exact brain region needing support. At our helm is Dr. Mark Liker, esteemed neurosurgeon, researcher, and innovative thinker who takes a holistic, functional perspective on patient care. We strive to provide the most precise patient care available outside of the laboratory, bringing the very best, cutting edge research to the public. We are building a team where excellence, empathy and innovation sit at the table. We value dedication, curiosity, and the drive to deliver exceptional patient care using evidence-based protocols. As you learn our methods and understand the science behind what we do, we welcome ideas and insights to shape the future of our care and our business.
