About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Global Procurement Manager to establish and scale a world-class procurement function that drives operational excellence, visibility, and cost optimization across our global organization. This role will serve as a trusted business partner to all departments, ensuring clear processes, efficient vendor management, and alignment with business goals.

You will be responsible for building standardized procurement frameworks, leading vendor relationships, and leveraging technology to streamline operations and deliver measurable value.


Key Responsibilities

  • Define and implement a global procurement process that ensures clarity, consistency, and compliance across all regions.
  • Lead the vendor lifecycle - from evaluation and onboarding to performance assessment, renewal, and offboarding.
  • Support ongoing supplier relationship management, ensuring alignment with business objectives, service quality, and compliance.
  • Drive performance metrics and continuous improvement initiatives with key suppliers.Develop real-time dashboards and reporting tools to provide business leaders with full visibility into spending, suppliers, and contractual commitments.
  • Identify and deliver savings opportunities across categories and geographies.
  • Partner closely with Finance, Legal, IT, Security, HR, and Operations to align procurement activities with organizational needs.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders, ensuring procurement is a facilitator - not a bottleneck - for business growth.
  • Champion the use of technology and automation to streamline procurement operations and reduce administrative overhead.



Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain, including at least 2 years in a leadership role within a global tech or multinational organization.
  • Proven ability to design and implement procurement processes across regions and categories.
  • Strong understanding of vendor management, contract negotiations, and spend analytics.
  • Demonstrated success in cost optimization and procurement transformation initiatives.
  • Experience with procurement platforms.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and change leadership skills.
