Job Description

In this role, you will contribute to the smooth conduct of global clinical trials, ensure high-quality clinical supplies flow and on-time delivery of medications to clinical trial sites. 

Office and storage facility-based in Sofia, Bulgaria

Responsibilities:

  • Handling of study medication including receipt, inventory, storage and distribution of study medications to investigative sites
  • Recall, reconciliation, and disposal of study medications
  • Performing study medication labeling and re-labeling
  • Maintenance of clinical supplies database and retention of documentation
  • Processing study medication flow in the clinical supplies database
  • Communication with clinical project teams, company departments, and vendors with regard to clinical supplies distribution
  • Maintenance of temperature and humidity registration logs
  • Performing temperature mapping in drug storage areas

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Pharmacy
  • Previous experience as a Pharmacist
  • Prior experience in warehouse and manufacturing facilities, or clinical research is a plus
  • Native Bulgarian and B1 level in English, spoken and written
  • Organizational and planning skills
  • Detail-oriented, able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Team oriented with good interpersonal skills
