    Job Description

    As a Product Manager (m/f/d) at SIXT, you will be creating solutions used globally by millions of users, revolutionizing the way people experience mobility. In this role, you will own the end-to-end authentication experience that forms the foundation of every customer interaction with SIXT. From first registration to seamless repeat bookings, you will build secure, frictionless systems that recognize customers, verify their credentials, and personalize their journey from the very first touchpoint. Your work will directly impact conversion rates, customer trust, booking speed, and the foundation upon which all personalized experiences are built. 

    YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

    • You define and execute the product roadmap for SIXT's authentication platform, encompassing login, registration, profile management, and secure account access across all channels (web, app, and partner integrations) 
    • You own the digital onboarding experience: Work closely with UX/UI designers to design intuitive flows for new customer registration and reduce friction for repeat customers through smart authentication methods, saved preferences, and streamlined re-booking journeys
    • You lead the development of loyalty enrollment and membership experiences, including the loyalty details page that drives program engagement
    • You collaborate with engineering to architect secure, scalable identity systems that integrate customer core data across all SIXT platforms while meeting data privacy and security regulations
    • You establish KPIs and measurement frameworks: registration conversion rates, login success rates, verification completion times, loyalty enrollment rates, and time-to-first-booking metrics

    YOUR SKILLS MATTER

    • Product Management You bring several years of product management experience, ideally with identity platforms, authentication systems, or customer data management products
    • IAM Expertise You have built or worked closely with identity and access management solutions - you understand authentication protocols, verification workflows, and the balance between security and user experience
    • UX/UI Design You have a strong eye for UI and user experience: you can evaluate designs critically, provide constructive feedback, and partner effectively with designers to iterate toward elegant solutions
    • AI Prototyping You are hands-on and comfortable with using AI to bring your ideas and concepts to life and iterate on them in collaboration with stakeholders, engineers and the design team
    • Compliance You are comfortable navigating regulatory requirements around data privacy, KYC, and identity verification while still delivering exceptional user experiences
    • Communication You communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders and can align competing interests across security, compliance, and customer experience teams
