Position Summary:

We have partnered with a national organization to support the identification of senior marketing leadership talent as the company prepares for upcoming growth and brand expansion initiatives.

This is an executive-level marketing leadership opportunity responsible for shaping brand strategy, driving demand generation, and partnering closely with executive leadership to support revenue and growth objectives.


Essential Function:

  • Lead and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with business goals
  • Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and go-to-market initiatives
  • Drive demand generation, lead acquisition, and pipeline growth in partnership with sales
  • Manage and develop internal marketing teams and external agency partners
  • Oversee marketing performance metrics, analytics, and ROI measurement
  • Support digital marketing, content strategy, campaigns, and marketing technology
  • Partner with executive leadership on growth initiatives, market expansion, and strategic planning

Requirements

  • 8–15+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience
  • Experience leading brand, digital, demand generation, or growth marketing functions
  • Proven ability to build and scale marketing teams and programs
  • Strong understanding of marketing analytics, performance measurement, and strategy
  • Executive presence with the ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders
  • Experience in B2B, healthcare, technology, professional services, or multi-location organizations preferred
