About the Candidate / Role
Tradewind Aviation is looking for Ground Operations Supervisor to be based in Stuart, Florida . The purpose of the Ground Operations Supervisor role is to supervise and help streamline the process of passengers’ arrival and boarding and to ensure smooth communication with passengers, aircrew, and the company. The ideal candidate will be customer service focused and able to work in a fast paced environment. Must be flexible with work schedule and able to work weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Assist in supervising the podium; assist in ensuring team members are properly trained including service, expectations, and policies.
- Ensure everyone is professional and most importantly safe.
- Monitor performance and recommend corrective action. Alert management of potentially serious issues.
- Travel to other locations as needed.
- Work with Northeast Ground Operations Manager to ensure the success of the concierge, training, and making sure locations are adequately staffed.
- Point of contact for base leads.
- Point of contact for any emergency the office needs.
- Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other departments.
- Perform other duties as assigned which may include assisting ramp agent.
- Point of contact to schedule crew car maintenance.

· Proficiency using Microsoft Office 365 – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, OneDrive, Teams
Physical Requirements
- Ability to hear and speak clearly on the phone and in meetings (in person or virtual)
- Strength to lift 50 lbs
