Minimum Qualifications / Calificaciones Mínimas

1. Experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing environment.
   Experiencia como Operador(a) de Máquinas en un entorno de manufactura.
2. CNC Experience, preferred. Experiencia en CNC, preferido.

1. Basic math and the ability to use/understand measuring tools.

Essential Functions / Funciones Esenciales

1. Read and understand detailed work order instructions and blueprints.
   Leer y entender instrucciones detalladas de órdenes de trabajo y planos.
2. Set up the cycle time on the machine at the start of the shift.
   Configurar el tiempo de ciclo en la máquina al comenzar el turno.
   
3. Match work orders to provided tanks and load information into the monitor.
   Comparar las órdenes de trabajo con los tanques entregados y cargar la información en el monitor.
   
4. Manually load aluminum material into the CNC machine and operate it.
   Cargar manualmente el material de aluminio en la máquina CNC y operarla.
   
5. Monitor and check the machine regularly to ensure proper operation and quality.
   Supervisar y revisar periódicamente la máquina para asegurar funcionamiento correcto y calidad.
   
6. Attach helical coil to the tank, if required.
   Colocar el espiral helicoidal al tanque, si está indicado.
   
7. De-burr tanks after CNC cutting.
   Eliminar rebabas de los tanques después del corte en la máquina CNC.
   
8. Label and document finished tanks.
   Etiquetar y documentar los tanques terminados.
   
9. Fill carts with finished tanks and push them manually to the storage area.
   Llenar carritos con tanques terminados y empujarlos manualmente al área de almacenamiento.
   
10. Meet production quotas provided by the Lead or Supervisor.
    Cumplir con las cuotas de producción asignadas por el Líder o Supervisor.
    
11. Report any issues immediately to the supervisor or appropriate personnel.
    Reportar cualquier problema inmediatamente al supervisor o personal correspondiente.
    
12. Follow all AKG EMS policies and procedures.

13. Regular physical attendance is required.

Physical Demands / Demandas Físicas

1. Must be able to stand (95%) and walk (5%). May need to bend, pull, push, twist, or turn.

2. Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs (10% of the time).
