The Marketing Associate's primary role is to support the company's marketing efforts which may include campaign strategy, design, and execution. Additionally, this role will focus on digital marketing and brand development.

What You’ll Do
- Assist with campaigns, trade shows, blogs, social activities, etc. and make sure they are tied correctly to our marketing automation platform, HubSpot.
- Write audience specific content for landing pages, ads, and emails campaigns.
- Work cross-functionally to understand and meet the needs of the Novarad sales teams.
- Regularly demo the Novarad product suite for prospective customers, working closely with the SEVP, Sales and Marketing.
- Responsibly and accurately collect data from marketing efforts. Analyze said data and be able to optimize effectively
Requirements
What You Will Bring:
Skills and Competencies-
- Familiar with Healthcare industry or eagerness to learn it
- Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
- Experience with HubSpot, WordPress, Microsoft Dynamics, and Salesforce is a plus.
- Familiar with search engine analysis. Experience with software such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager a plus.
- Ability to analyze data with accuracy, provide monthly and quarterly reporting and learnings.
- Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a high-performing team to share ideas, get feedback on plans, identify opportunities for cross team tactics.
Education and Experience
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Marketing or Communications.
What to Expect
- 40 hours/week, some evenings and weekend availability (rarely)
- Must be willing to work in-office at the Provo office location
