Position Duties – Daily

  • Master understanding of whiskey and distilled spirits
  • Bottle and club sales driven
  • Craft cocktail skills and execution
  • Working with the point of sale
  • executing personal whiskey tastings
  • Maintaining a clean bar environment
  • Cash handling
  • Make appropriate recommendations and upsells
  • communicate with upper management effectively
  • Respond to customer complaints
  • Opening and closing duties
  • Maintaining the appearance of the distillery 
  • Maintaining a positive work environment

Requirements

Available weekdays, weekends and Holidays

Qualifications:

  • At least 21 years of age
  • RBS Certified
  • CA ServeSafe food handler certified
