About the Role

Description

This is a field-based 1099, Commission-Only position covering Kansas

If you’re an independent sales professional who prefers clear products, straightforward conversations, and performance-based earnings, this role is built for you.

As an Independent Sales Agent with MASA, you focus on high-impact, transactional sales—helping families understand and enroll in emergency medical transportation coverage. This is not account management or long-term relationship selling. Each sale is a clear, one-time decision for the customer, allowing you to move quickly from conversation to close.

This is a 100% commission, 1099 role designed for motivated self-starters who want flexibility, autonomy, and earnings tied directly to their activity and results. MASA provides the product, brand, training, and support—you control how much you produce.

Compensation

Total earnings at or above annual targets typically range near $60,000.

What You’ll Do

Conduct 50-minute presentations in public restaurants to small groups of individuals, followed by one-on-one questions and answers and assistance with enrollment in MASA plans.

  • Generate and close high-volume, transactional sales within your Kansas market
  • Educate families on MASA’s emergency medical transportation coverage and enrollment options
  • Move prospects efficiently from initial conversation to completed enrollment
  • Operate independently within a scheduled seminar-based sales model, with flexibility to manage availability in advance
  • Earn commission on each completed sale, with income directly tied to your production
  • Represent MASA professionally and ethically in all customer interactions

What We Provide You

  • A competitive commission schedule with monthly bonus opportunities
  • A proven, industry-leading product and straightforward sales process
  • Sales prospects generated through MASA’s marketing campaigns
  • All required marketing and sales materials to support your activity
  • Ongoing training and access to dedicated sales support
  • A sales model designed for predictable, daytime selling hours

What We Need From You

  • 2+ years of consumer sales experience, preferably in high-volume or transactional environments
  • Demonstrated ability to move prospects efficiently from conversation to close
  • Self-motivated and comfortable operating independently in a commission-only role
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain coverage and enrollment options
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Willingness and ability to travel within the Kansas territory up to 50% of the time

About MASA

We were the first pre-paid emergency medical transportation company and continue to set the standard for the industry.

  • 2+ million current members across the U.S. and Caribbean
  • Solid and profitable company, founded in 1974
