About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing excellent customer experience to our growing list of clients in the Thailand business! You will handle inquiries about StashAway’s product offerings and provide financial advice tailored to clients' needs across multiple channels, including LINE, phone, email, and face-to-face interactions. By aligning our services with clients' financial objectives, you will identify growth opportunities that contribute to both client success and StashAway’s AUM growth. You will also have the opportunity to represent the StashAway brand at occasional events and digital sessions, helping to bring our financial insights to life for our community.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for clients across multiple platforms—including LINE, phone, email, and social media—addressing investment and product-related inquiries with timely, accurate responses to ensure a positive client experience.
Provide financial guidance through structured fact-finding to understand and align with clients’ financial goals and needs.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships by delivering exceptional service and personalised support.
Support client acquisition efforts by assisting the advisory team in leveraging opportunities from events, financial reviews, and proactive outreach.
Act as the voice of the customer within the organisation, providing insights to enhance products, services, and overall client experience.
Represent the team at occasional client gatherings (such as networking dinners and events) and participate in digital initiatives like webinars or social media lives to share insights and engage with the audience.
Projects You Might Work On
Contribute to strategic call initiatives by engaging targeted client segments with personalised outreach designed to strengthen relationships and capture growth opportunities.
Organise and support High Net Worth (HNW) client initiatives such as exclusive events, webinars, seminars, and live sessions on social media to deepen engagement and drive AUM growth.
Collaborate with the marketing team to help shape and deliver investment communication for mass clients, ensuring content aligns with client needs and market opportunities.
Accountabilities
Deliver a consistently high standard of client advisory and support that strengthens trust and satisfaction, while ensuring clients’ financial needs are effectively met.
Provide client insights that inform commercial strategies and for supporting initiatives that enhance client retention and overall business performance.
