Job Description

  • Handle all reservation inquiries for international leisure guests via email, phone, and online channels with accuracy and professionalism.

  • Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings while maximizing revenue through upselling villas, meal plans, transfers, and experiences.

  • Provide detailed information on villa categories, inclusions, transfer arrangements and resort facilities.

  • Accurately input, amend, and manage reservations within the PMS and distribution systems. Coordinate closely with Sales, Front Office, and Revenue teams to ensure inventory accuracy and rate integrity.

  • Ensure clear communication with guests regarding arrival logistics, special requests, and pre-arrival arrangements.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of packages, promotions, and seasonal offers. Deliver a warm, professional first impression that reflects the positioning of NH Collection Maldives Reethi Resort.

  • Ensure accurate management of inventory, rates, and restrictions in the PMS and distribution systems.

  • Ensure that reservations entered yesterday correctly in the system with proper details and special requests.

  • Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner (standard within 2 hours to respond to your emails).

  • Work with Front Office, Sales, and Operations to ensure seamless arrival logistics, villa allocation, and guest experience delivery.

  • Ensure clear communication regarding transfers, meal plans, special requests, and pre-arrival arrangements.

  • Maintain accurate guest profiles, booking data, and internal documentation.

  • Schedule shifts and allocate tasks to team members for balanced workload.

  • Support sales activities by preparing reservation pick-up report and forecasts.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; diploma/degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field preferred.

  • Previous experience in hotel reservations, front office, or Maldives resort operations preferred.

  • Familiarity with Opera PMS and online booking channels.

  • Excellent English communication skills and strong customer service mindset.

  • Attention to detail, multitasking ability, and proactive, team-oriented attitude.

  • Professional and friendly demeanor, representing the resort’s high standard.
