Sales Trainer (English Speaking)

Our teams are collaborative, vibrant and fast-growing and all team members are empowered with the freedom to influence our business with ideas that drive innovation and efficiency.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities</strong><br>- Develop and deliver sales and product training using multiple eLearning and communication platforms <br>- Constantly collaborate with country stakeholders for gathering training needs analysis, field observation, and learning intervention <br>- Serve as the single point of contact for all sales and product training programs/contents for internal and external consumption within Thailand. <br>- Manage and execute training programs for new hires, as well as existing sales force, aiming to boost sales performance and improve process execution. <br>- Perform field evaluations with trainees to better train them with feedback from the live scenarios. <br>- Evaluate sales performance, analyze the performance gaps and determine training needs for sales individuals and teams. <br>- Improve training effectiveness by developing new approaches, techniques and making support readily available. <br><br><strong>Qualifications</strong><br> - Bachelor's Degree in any field <br> - 5-7 years of of experience in Sales training <br> - Strong passion for Sales, proactive attitude, and a willingness to learn <br> - Good command in communication, facilitation skills with demonstrated, presentation skills, with a solid understanding of Software <br> - Proficient in computer skills especially MS Office <br> - Own car and valid driving license <br> - Strong command of English <br><br>Work Location: 66 Tower, Bangna (BTS Udomsuk, exit 2)</span></p>
