Program/Project Management Representativ

Deliver business and technology outcomes for assigned program, project, or contracted service. Leverage standard tools, methodologies and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements.

Summary: As a Program/Project Management Representative, you will be responsible for delivering business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. A typical day involves leveraging standard tools, methodologies, and processes to ensure the effective delivery, monitoring, and control of service level agreements, while collaborating with various stakeholders to achieve project goals and objectives. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate communication between project stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity. - Monitor project progress and report on key performance indicators to stakeholders. - Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success. - Assist in the development and maintenance of project documentation and reports. - Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Program Control Services. - Additional Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Delivery Operations Control. - Strong analytical skills to assess project performance and identify areas for improvement. - Experience in utilizing project management software and tools for tracking and reporting. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Program Control Services. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required
