About the Role

SAIC seeks a Foreign Military Sales Program Analyst Manager to support the efforts and actions of the Case Manager/Program Manager/Team Lead for various FMS programs. With other members of the Security Cooperation team, and under direction of the Case Manager/Program Manager/Team Lead, assists the Case Manager in analyzing and managing all aspects of FMS casework in accordance with the Arms Export Control Act, the Security Assistance Management Manual (SAMM) and the International Traffic in Arms Regulation (ITAR) as well as applicable DoD Acquisition policy guidance. 

The ideal candidate will also have the ability to handle program/project management capabilities, including acquisition and employment of program/project resources, and may also produce relevant contract artifacts, including CDRLs, procurement, travel, and EWW requests.  



Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and six (6) years of relevant experience required; additional work experience (4 years) may be substituted for a bachelor's degree. Master's degree and four (4) years experience may be substituted.
  • Active Secret clearance to start with and ability to obtain and maintain TS clearance.
  • FMS experience

    Highly- desirable Experience:
     
  • Electronic warfare (EW)/Electronic Attack (EA)
  • PMP certification
