About the Role

Description

We don’t just wash vehicles; we maintain homes on wheels and waves. We are looking for a versatile RV & Marine Cleaner/Detailer who understands that an RV is essentially a luxury apartment wrapped in a vehicle.

This is an entry-level position, and we are happy to train the right person. Whether you have years of experience in one area or are looking to start a brand new career, we want to hear from you.

The "Hybrid" Challenge: This job is unique because it requires two different skill sets. One minute you might be buffing the exterior of a boat, and the next you might be scrubbing a shower inside a motorcoach.

  • Do you have Auto Detailing experience? You know how to make a fender shine, but are you willing to bring that same      perfectionism inside to clean kitchens, bathrooms, and living quarters?
  • Do you have Housekeeping/Janitorial experience? You know how to make a home sparkle, but are you ready to step outside, learn technical skills, and master the art of exterior waxing and polishing?
  • No experience at all? If you are hardworking, reliable, and not afraid of manual labor, we will train you on both!

If you are willing to learn the side of the job you don't know, we are ready to hire you for the skills you do know. We are looking for attitude and reliability above all else—we can teach you the rest.

Key Responsibilities

  • Exterior Cleaning: Wash, wax, and polish RVs and boats, ensuring all surfaces are free of dirt, grime, and contaminants. Restore shine and apply protective coatings.
  • Interior Detailing: Clean RV interiors much like you would a home. Tasks include vacuuming carpets and upholstery, wiping down and sanitizing surfaces, dusting, cleaning windows, scrubbing bathrooms, and ensuring the kitchen areas are spotless.      Treat the RV interior as you would a residential space, ensuring every nook and cranny is attended to.
  • Surface Treatment: Apply protective treatments to various surfaces, ensuring they remain clean and durable for extended periods.
  • Manual Labor: Perform physical tasks such as scrubbing, lifting, and bending to ensure every area, both inside and out, is thoroughly cleaned and maintained.
  • Attention to Detail: Conduct thorough inspections of completed work to ensure every area meets our high standards of cleanliness. Address any areas that may need additional attention.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Properly maintain and clean detailing equipment and tools, ensuring they are always in top      working condition.
  • Customer Interaction: Occasionally engage with customers to ensure their satisfaction with our detailing services.
  • Travel for Shows: Travel to various RV and boat shows is required to ensure all vehicles are in top condition for display. All travel expenses, including transportation, lodging, and meals, will be fully reimbursed.

Requirements

  • Open to All Backgrounds: Experience in Auto Detailing, Housekeeping, Janitorial, or Custodial work is a plus, but not      required. We are happy to train motivated entry-level candidates.
  • Versatility is Key: Must be comfortable performing both types of cleaning: physical      exterior work (washing, waxing, buffing) and detailed interior hygiene (cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, and living spaces).
  • Strong Work Ethic: This is a physical, hands-on role. You must be able to handle scrubbing, lifting, bending, and working on your feet.
  • Eye for Quality: Whether it’s a streak on a window or dust on a dashboard, you need to care about the finished product.
  • Team Player: Ability to work independently on a task but collaborate with the team to get the job done.
  • Willingness to Travel: Must be available to travel to various RV & Boat Shows to maintain vehicles on display. (Expenses fully reimbursed).
  • Valid Driver’s License: Required.
  • Compliance: Ability to pass a Background Check & Drug Screen.
