We supply to the nation's top retail chains, independent, and online retailers as well as commercial projects. This is an onsite position.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leads the outbound contact process, monitors emails, and distributes leads
- Fosters good client relationships and monitors customer service across all functions to resolve issues and engender client satisfaction
- Engages with potential clients to understand their needs and assist them in selecting from our product offerings
- Sets promotion pricing schedule with customers and analyzes promotion success
- Qualifies prospective customers and distributes leads to sales team
- Calculates inventory levels and freight quotes for ground orders
- Provides LTL quotes and enters shipment details in OTS/SharePoint System
- Works with Marketing and Product Development to get new items ready for setup
- Creates and distributes new item setup sheets
- Collects, names, and manages images for new item setup
- Sets up new items with both brick-and-mortar and e-commerce accounts
- Collects and submits new and existing product images to customers
- Assists salespeople with managing, maintaining, and optimizing existing accounts
- Enters leads into Product Database and MailChimp
- Creating product data reports and analyzing information
Requirements
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion in performance duties
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to analyze data gathered from reports
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic knowledge of sales principles and customer relationship management
- Ability to navigate competing priorities, allocate resources appropriately, mitigate associated challenges, and excellent time management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, organization, and communication skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Experience in the furniture industry is a plus but not required
