This role also involves performing minor repairs, inspecting the property for issues, and providing timely responses to resident maintenance requests.

About the Role

Description

The REMM Group is a fast-growing property management company with a team-oriented environment. We are seeking a full-time Property Porter for two apartment communities in Anaheim and Garden Grove, CA. The White Glove Ambassador is responsible for the upkeep of the community to enhance and maintain its curb appeal. 


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • With minimal supervision, assist with maintaining the physical asset at the assigned community as established by the Service Manager and Business Manager.
  • Responsible for the daily upkeep of community curb appeal, common facilities, and parking lots, including removing litter, debris, cigarette butts, and pet waste from the grounds.
  • Clean vacant units to a rent-ready condition.
  • Check and replace exterior lighting regularly.
  • Inspect the property daily for liability issues, maintenance needs, and curb appeal, providing immediate feedback to the Service Manager and/or Business Manager.
  • Perform minor repairs such as drywall patching, painting touch-ups, and fixture replacements as directed to maintain property standards.
  • Contribute to the achievement of financial goals through effective productivity and cost awareness without compromising quality.
  • Provide courteous and timely responses to resident maintenance requests to enhance satisfaction and retention.
  •  Participate in an on-call emergency schedule for after-hours, weekends, and holiday coverage.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Some custodial or general maintenance experience preferred
  • Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the job
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must be able to complete scheduled, routine tasks quickly and efficiently without supervision
