You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Campaigns, SEO, and Commercial teams to ensure that product content is correctly structured, configured, and displayed across our CMS and user-facing pages.&nbsp;This role reports to the Product Manager and plays a key role in ensuring scalable and reliable content operations as we continue migrating and expanding our CMS infrastructure.</p> <h3 data-pm-slice="1 3 []"><strong>The Product Content Specialist will be responsible for:</strong></h3> <h3><strong>CMS Operations&nbsp;</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Manage product, offer, and campaign configurations in Strapi</li> <li>Ensure content is correctly structured and mapped to frontend components</li> <li>Validate that CTA behavior, labels, and product attributes are configured correctly</li> <li>Conduct regular audits to identify outdated, incorrect, or misconfigured content</li> <li>Support CMS migrations, enhancements, and content model updates</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Rewards &amp; Promotions Setup</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Set up and maintain reward forms and offers in Rewards Gateway</li> <li>Configure reward logic, eligibility criteria, and promotional messaging</li> <li>Ensure alignment between CMS product configuration and reward display</li> <li>Support transactional and post-application messaging flows</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Cross-functional Collaboration</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Work closely with Product and Engineering teams on the following:</li> <li>Validate content requirements for new features</li> <li>Raise and document content-impacting technical issues</li> <li>Coordinate with Commercial and Campaign teams to support provider requests</li> <li>Assist Analytics and BA teams with click tracking and attribution setup when required</li> </ul> <h3><strong>In this role, we are looking for someone with:</strong></h3> <ul> <li>2-3 years of writing experience</li> <li>Outstanding command of the English language.
