About the Role:

Join our Strategy & Growth Dept for Agent Network Team as a Growth Specialist - Digital, focusing on enhancing and monitoring the digital acquisition strategies for our Amarthalink agent network. In this role, you will drive the expansion of our agent network, which includes local Warung/Toko Kelontong and Konter Pulsa, integrating them into the Amartha ecosystem. You will utilize digital acquisition, and provide critical data-driven insights to optimize our strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Digital Acquisition and Performance Monitoring:
    • Develop a comprehensive digital acquisition strategy by deeply understanding segment behavior, business goals, user research, and competitor benchmarking
    • Drive location-based acquisition initiatives by collaborating with the product, marketing, and data science teams to optimize targeting strategies and drive deep market penetration in key areas.
    • Work with marketing to develop and implement robust digital marketing strategies to drive acquisition for the Amarthalink agent network through paid & non-paid channels, including paid ads, social media, UGC, SEO, ASO, referrals, etc., to ensure optimal reach and engagement.
    • Work with the marketing team to regularly monitor and analyze the performance of digital campaigns,
    • Increase new registration activation rate to paid users using a new user first month engagement scheme, including onboarding campaign, promo mission bar, segmentation pricing, AHA moment, voucher page, funneling CRM, etc.
  • Data Analysis, Strategic Insights:
    • Perform in-depth data analysis regarding agent network performance, including metrics on acquisition rates, location coverage, and user LTV.
    • Utilize analytical tools to create detailed reports and visualizations that highlight trends, successes, and areas for improvement.
    • Track & monitor key acquisition metrics, including installs, conversion rates, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Budget Management:
    • Coordinate with relevant teams to manage and allocate budgets for digital marketing initiatives effectively.
    • Ensure that spending on digital channels delivers optimal ROI and contributes to the strategic growth objectives.
  • Collaboration with multi-function:
    • Work closely with other teams within the Strategy & Growth department to align digital strategies with overall business goals.
    • Prepare regular reports for the team that provide insights into the digital performance and strategic recommendations for further growth.
    • Gather insight and collaborate initiatives across multiple  functions (product, data, marketing, researcher)

  • 1-3 years of experience in growth, with a focus on digital acquisition.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data into actionable insights.
  • Superior presentation and communication skills, capable of effectively conveying insights and strategies to stakeholders
  • Strong skills in data analytics using SQL
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in the retail or telecommunications sector, particularly in managing or growing agent networks.
  • Advanced skills in data visualization, data analytics tools and digital marketing analytics tools.
  • Knowledgeable in digital acquisition fundamentals, trends and best practices is preferable
