This is an integration-heavy developer role with real business impact: when integrations are healthy, fulfilment runs smoothly; when they are not, you will be the person who can diagnose the failure and design a lasting fix.</p> <p>We are open to hiring at a higher level for the right person, given how business-critical this work is.</p> <p><strong>What you'll do</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Own and improve integration flows</strong> connecting our proprietary platform, Celigo, NetSuite, and WMS systems.</li> <li><strong>Build, test, and deploy</strong> integration changes with a focus on reliability, maintainability, and safe rollout.</li> <li><strong>Develop and support NetSuite integration components</strong>, including RESTlets and, where appropriate, SuiteScript that improves integration robustness.</li> <li><strong>Troubleshoot integration failures</strong> end-to-end (data issues, API behaviours, platform configuration, edge cases) and implement fixes that address root causes.</li> <li><strong>Improve engineering quality</strong> across integrations: consistent patterns, clear documentation, and careful handling of retries, idempotency, and partial failures.</li> <li><strong>Collaborate across time zones</strong> with a Systems team primarily based in Australia, aligning on priorities and communicating progress clearly in writing.</li> <li><strong>Supporting core fulfilment data flows</strong> such as: <ul> <li>Order-to-fulfilment status synchronisation</li> <li>Inventory updates and reconciliation between NetSuite and WMS</li> <li>Shipment confirmations and fulfilment updates across systems</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <p>What good looks like in this role</p> <ul> <li>Integrations are dependable, with fewer preventable failures and smoother fulfilment operations.</li> <li>When incidents happen, you isolate the cause quickly and restore service with minimal disruption.</li> <li>Integration work is easier to maintain over time because patterns are reusable and documentation is clear.</li> <li>Stakeholders trust changes because expectations are clear and releases are controlled.</li> <li>You move with urgency when it matters, without trading away quality.</li> </ul> <h3>About you (Who you are)</h3> <ul> <li>You have deep, hands-on <strong>iPaaS integration experience</strong> (Celigo strongly preferred), and the ability to become productive in Celigo quickly.</li> <li>You have a strong understanding of <strong>APIs and endpoints</strong>, including real-world experience with authentication, payloads, error modes, and rate limits.</li> <li>You have strong working knowledge of <strong>NetSuite integrations</strong>, including <strong>RESTlets</strong>.</li> <li>You have a proven ability to debug integration issues end-to-end and implement fixes that prevent recurrence.</li> <li>You have built and supported multiple <strong>production-grade integrations</strong> and can point to examples of complex flows you owned (for example multi-system sync, robust error handling, retries, reconciliation, and clear recovery paths).</li> <li>Your mindset is a build-to-last mindset: you care about maintainable code and configuration, clear handoffs, and future-proof design.</li> <li>You are comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where priorities can evolve and ownership is expected.</li> <li>You ideally have SuiteScrip<strong>t</strong> experience, especially where it supports integration reliability.</li> <li>You have experience integrating with <strong>WMS</strong> platforms and fulfilment or inventory workflows.</li> <li>You are interested in building technology in regulated or healthcare-adjacent contexts.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Practicalities (UK)</strong></p> <ul> <li>This role is <strong>based in the UK</strong> and works closely with a Systems team largely based in <strong>Australia</strong>, so some collaboration may happen outside standard UK hours to maintain overlap.</li> <li>We handle incidents during agreed support windows; we’ll align on expectations during the hiring process.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Why join Eucalyptus?</strong></h3> <p>Euc is also behind a growing family of digital healthcare clinics (<a href="https://pilot.com.au/">Pilot,</a>&nbsp;<a href="http://www.kinfertility.com.au/">Kin</a>,&nbsp;<a href="http://skin.software/">Software</a>, <a href="https://www.compound.co/">Compound</a>) across men’s health and well-being, fertility, skincare, and preventative health.</p> <p><strong>Here’s what makes joining Euc unique:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>What’s next</strong> - Our goal for the next three years is to support <strong>1 million patients globally</strong> to live better for longer.
