Dans le cadre du développement de nos activités ITSM et Digital Workplace, nous recherchons un Expert ServiceNow pour renforcer nos équipes.

 

Description du poste

🎯 Vos missions

En tant qu’Expert ServiceNow, vous interviendrez sur des projets stratégiques de transformation IT :

  • Recueillir et analyser les besoins métiers et IT

  • Concevoir et implémenter des solutions sur la plateforme ServiceNow

  • Paramétrer et développer les modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM…)

  • Participer aux choix d’architecture et aux bonnes pratiques de développement

  • Réaliser les intégrations avec les SI existants (API, Web Services, etc.)

  • Assurer la qualité, la performance et la sécurité des solutions mises en œuvre

  • Accompagner les équipes clients (conseil, formation, support niveau expert)

  • Participer à l’avant-vente et aux réponses à appels d’offres si besoin

Qualifications

🧠 Profil recherché

  • Formation Bac+5 (école d’ingénieur ou université)

  • 3 à 7 ans d’expérience minimum sur la plateforme ServiceNow

  • Expertise sur un ou plusieurs modules : ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM

  • Solides compétences en scripting : JavaScript, Glide API

  • Expérience en intégration de systèmes (REST, SOAP, MID Server…)

  • Bonne compréhension des processus ITIL

Un plus :

  • Certifications ServiceNow (CSA, CAD, CIS…)

  • Expérience en environnement international

  • Connaissance des méthodologies Agile
