Position: Part-time Stylist
Location: Pittsburgh International Airport

Salary: $19.00-21.00/hour

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a part-time position with a variety of shifts available.

What You’ll Do as a Stylist:

Drive Sales & Build Relationships

  • Create a personalized shopping experience that turns customers into loyal fans.
  • Achieve daily and weekly sales goals while setting the tone for a fun, engaging environment.
  • Handle customer interactions with professionalism, resolving issues quickly and effectively.

Own the Store Experience

  • Collaborate with the team to keep the store polished, inviting, and impeccably organized.
  • Bring your eye for fashion to help with visual merchandising and curating stylish product displays.
  • Promote in-store events and new product launches to grow the customer base.

Team Collaboration & Innovation

  • Share insights with leadership to improve the shopping experience and boost sales.
  • Work with other store locations and external business partners to deliver seamless service.

Skills

  • A passion for fashion and the men’s apparel industry.
  • A customer-first mentality with a friendly, consultative approach to service.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A proactive attitude with the ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic retail environment.
  • Previous retail or customer service experience (1-2 years preferred).

Education and Experience Requirements

  • High School diploma
  • 1-2 years of successful retail experience and/or customer service experience, preferred
