About the Role

Dire Wolf Tavern is one of Salem’s most dynamic dining destinations, offering an immersive atmosphere, top-tier cuisine, and exceptional hospitality. Located in the heart of historic downtown Salem, we blend rich New England tradition with a modern twist, delivering a unique experience that’s both memorable and welcoming.


We’re currently seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to join our leadership team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated hospitality professional to step into a pivotal role in a high-energy, customer-focused environment.


Responsibilities of the Supervisor Include:

  •  Supervise and support front-of-house staff during shifts
  • Ensure excellent guest service and address guest concerns promptly and professionally
  • Maintain restaurant standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance
  • Assist with training and coaching staff to achieve performance goals
  • Monitor cash handling, POS operations, and opening/closing procedures
  • Act as the point of leadership when the General Manager is not on site

Requirements

  • Prior restaurant leadership or supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Commitment to hospitality and creating positive guest experiences
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
