Pay & Incentives:

Up to $25/hour (base pay + profit share + tips)
Uncapped earning potential tied to performance

What You’ll Do:

Drive company trucks on assigned routes starting from our Honolulu office
Perform physical junk removal from homes and businesses
Lift, carry, and load items 50+ lbs repeatedly throughout the day
Lead on-site pricing conversations and close sales
Deliver professional, friendly customer service
Work outdoors and in varied conditions every day

What We’re Looking For:

21+ years old with a valid driver’s license
Comfortable driving large vehicles and working on the road
Strong work ethic and physically capable of repetitive heavy lifting
Sales-minded, coachable, and motivated by performance pay
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Sales experience is a plus, but not required

Requirements

Qualifications:

Age Requirement: Must be at least 21 years old.
Driver’s License: Valid standard driver’s license required.
Experience: Previous customer service, labor, or sales experience preferred.
Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly.
Relevant Experience: Experience in delivery, warehouse, moving, or general labor is a plus.
