Pay & Incentives:
- Up to $25/hour (base pay + profit share + tips)

What You’ll Do:
- Drive company trucks on assigned routes starting from our Honolulu office
- Perform physical junk removal from homes and businesses
- Lift, carry, and load items 50+ lbs repeatedly throughout the day
- Lead on-site pricing conversations and close sales
- Deliver professional, friendly customer service
- Work outdoors and in varied conditions every day

What We’re Looking For:
- 21+ years old with a valid driver’s license
- Comfortable driving large vehicles and working on the road
- Strong work ethic and physically capable of repetitive heavy lifting
- Sales-minded, coachable, and motivated by performance pay
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Sales experience is a plus, but not required

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 21 years old.
- Driver’s License: Valid standard driver’s license required.
- Experience: Previous customer service, labor, or sales experience preferred.
- Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly.
- Relevant Experience: Experience in delivery, warehouse, moving, or general labor is a plus.
