1-800-GOT-JUNK? Honolulu is hiring motivated, competitive individuals who want a hands-on, physically active job where sales performance drives earnings. This is a labor-intensive, route-based role that combines hauling junk, driving company trucks, and closing sales on-site.


Pay & Incentives:

  • Up to $25/hour (base pay + profit share + tips)
  • Uncapped earning potential tied to performance

What You’ll Do:

  • Drive company trucks on assigned routes starting from our Honolulu office
  • Perform physical junk removal from homes and businesses
  • Lift, carry, and load items 50+ lbs repeatedly throughout the day
  • Lead on-site pricing conversations and close sales
  • Deliver professional, friendly customer service
  • Work outdoors and in varied conditions every day

What We’re Looking For:

  • 21+ years old with a valid driver’s license
  • Comfortable driving large vehicles and working on the road
  • Strong work ethic and physically capable of repetitive heavy lifting
  • Sales-minded, coachable, and motivated by performance pay
  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
  • Sales experience is a plus, but not required

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Age Requirement: Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Driver’s License: Valid standard driver’s license required.
  • Experience: Previous customer service, labor, or sales experience preferred.
  • Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly.
  • Relevant Experience: Experience in delivery, warehouse, moving, or general labor is a plus.
