IT Technician

Description

We’re looking for an IT Technician to support our employees with their technology needs. You’ll communicate with employees, maintain equipment, troubleshoot issues, maintain equipment, and assist in the day-to-day IT operations. This position is full-time, onsite in Goodhue, MN, Monday-Friday.

Requirements

• Serve as the primary contact for end-user support, responding to and escalating help desk tickets promptly.
• Troubleshoot and support hardware, software, mobile devices, and desk phones, including installation, configuration, and credential management.
• Assist with IT operations, including documentation, inventory, user education, and identifying process improvements.
• Work independently while maintaining confidentiality and delivering professional, clear communication.  

Physical requirements:

• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods. 
• Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds and perform tasks involving hand tools, step ladders, or minimal climbing - sometimes in dusty areas.

The starting pay range for this hourly position is $26.50 to $28.00, depending on job-related skills and experience.
