Description
We’re looking for an IT Technician to support our employees with their technology needs. You’ll communicate with employees, maintain equipment, troubleshoot issues, maintain equipment, and assist in the day-to-day IT operations. This position is full-time, onsite in Goodhue, MN, Monday-Friday.
Requirements
- Serve as the primary contact for end-user support, responding to and escalating help desk tickets promptly.
- Troubleshoot and support hardware, software, mobile devices, and desk phones, including installation, configuration, and credential management.
- Assist with IT operations, including documentation, inventory, user education, and identifying process improvements.
- Work independently while maintaining confidentiality and delivering professional, clear communication.
Physical requirements:
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
- Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds and perform tasks involving hand tools, step ladders, or minimal climbing - sometimes in dusty areas.

The starting pay range for this hourly position is $26.50 to $28.00, depending on job-related skills and experience.
