Location: Breckenridge, CO

Position Type: Part-Time Non-Exempt

Compensation: $22.00- $25.25 /hour (DOE)

Schedule: Weekend and holidays always, Morning from 8:00am to 4:00pm

Requirements

  • Clean, disinfect, and sanitize all public areas, including lobbies, restrooms, fitness centers, pools, and outdoor spaces.
  • Restock amenities, paper products, and cleaning supplies.
  • Vacuum, mop, and maintain floors using appropriate equipment.
  • Remove trash, compost, and recycling from common areas.
  • Report maintenance issues and ensure lost-and-found items are properly logged.
  • Operate UV light technology and follow safety protocols.
  • Assist housekeeping staff with room readiness and special requests.
  • Complete deep cleaning tasks and seasonally assigned projects.
  • Uphold company standards for cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction.
  • Marginal Duties: Power wash exterior decks and assist with snow removal.
  • Support sustainability initiatives (recycling, composting, resource conservation).
  • Perform additional duties as needed across property.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
  • Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift (up to 50 lbs), and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.
  • Reliable transportation to/from work.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1–3 months of prior experience in housekeeping, janitorial work, or hospitality.
  • Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment (floor buffers, carpet cleaners).
  • Knowledge of OSHA-compliant chemical handling/safety procedures.
  • Experience in a resort or hotel environment.
  • Bilingual skills (Spanish/English
