Requirements

Required Job Skills:

  1. Must be available evenings; Wednesday - Sunday
  2. At least 2+ prior years’ experience in an equivalent-style restaurant (Fine Dining, Elevated Banquet service, Seasonal Menu)
  3. Wine and spirits knowledge
  4. Memorization- ability to learn and memorize changing menu, food, recipe, dish, spirits, wine offerings regularly.
  5. Ability to always be positive, attentive, and hospitable
  6. A willingness to learn and grow
  7. Must be available for PM shifts Wed-Sun.
  8. Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates.
  9. Must be at least 18 years of age.
  10. Reliable transportation to work.

Adept in the art of knife skills, the Chef de Partie demonstrates precision and safety while seamlessly executing instructions and maintaining composure during the high-paced service environment. Adhering to the highest sanitary standards, this team member diligently follows the restaurant’s standard operating procedures and health codes to ensure optimal food handling.
