Store Manager ( Placement : MANDYS SHOES - ASHTA District 8, PIK, PIM)

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Store Manager for our placement at MANDYS SHOES located in:

- ASHTA District 8,
- PIK,
- PIM.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring that sales goals are met, and delivering an outstanding customer experience. As a key member of our team, you will lead by example and ensure that our brand's values and business objectives are upheld.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring all activities align with standards and objectives.
• Recruit, train, and develop team members to create a high-performing team focused on achieving sales targets.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance and implement strategies to enhance sales and profitability.
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, ensuring that the store is well-presented and appealing to customers.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a professional manner.
• Conduct inventory management, including stock levels, orders, and sales reporting.
• Collaborate with upper management to develop and implement marketing initiatives and promotional activities.

• Minimum of 3 years of retail management experience, preferably in fashion or footwear.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven track record of driving sales performance and achieving business goals.
• Exceptional leadership and team-building skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers effectively.
• Comprehensive understanding of inventory management and visual merchandising.
• Results-oriented mindset with a passion for customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Experience with fashion brands under MAP Group or similar companies is highly preferred.
