About the Role
<p>💰 <strong>Competitive Pay:</strong> Hourly rates start at <strong>$18/hr</strong>, with <strong>higher compensation available</strong> for candidates with valuable experience!</p><h3><strong>What You'll Do:</strong></h3><p>✔ Assist dentists chairside during a variety of procedures, ensuring a smooth and comfortable experience for patients.<br>✔ Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments and arranging necessary materials.<br>✔ Support treatments like <strong>cleanings, fillings, crowns, extractions, and root canals.</strong><br>✔ Handle, sterilize, and maintain dental instruments and equipment.<br>✔ Ensure <strong>efficient patient flow</strong> by coordinating with the front office team.<br>✔ Follow <strong>infection control protocols</strong> to maintain a safe and sterile environment.<br>✔ Take and process <strong>dental radiographs (X-rays).</strong></p><h3><strong>What We're Looking For:</strong></h3><p>✔ Hands-on experience in a <strong>general dentistry setting</strong> (preferred).<br>✔ Strong knowledge of <strong>dental procedures, instruments, and materials.</strong><br>✔ Proficiency in taking and processing <strong>dental radiographs.</strong><br>✔ Excellent <strong>organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.</strong><br>✔ A positive attitude, <strong>team spirit, and a passion for patient care.</strong><br>✔ Familiarity with <strong>Dentrix Ascend</strong> (a plus!).<br></p><ul></ul>
